EMMT 2250 - Advanced PLCs Academic Division: Business, Industry and Technology Academic Discipline: Electrical Maintenance Assistant Dean: Vincent Palombo PhD 2 Credit(s) This class will introduce the student to one of the most advanced programmable logic controllers and a powerful ladder-logic programming and communication software. The student will learn to configure, install, operate, maintain and troubleshoot state-of -the-art hardware. Additional topics will include: program editing and documentation, instruction functionality, software tools (searching, trends, forcing, etc.) memory usage and memory mapping, tags, arrays and aliases.
